Gratitude and appreciation have been on my mind a lot this week.  I held a seminar on Wednesday that focussed on the topic and people really liked the list of ideas I shared, so here it is again for those of you who weren’t with me:

25 Ways to Show Appreciation That Don’t Involve Money

  1. Express sincere compliments and say “Thank You”
  2. Provide a discount or complimentary product/service
  3. Refer friends, associates and family members to them
  4. Write a letter of recommendation or testimonial
  5. Send a handmade card
  6. Invite them to meet you for a walk in the park
  7. Smile and look them in the eye
  8. Pray for them and send healing from wherever you are
  9. Send them a loving intention
  10. Send a photo they will love
  11. Praise them publicly
  12. Share a recipe
