In March 2020, as COVID-19 emerged as a serious, I shifted my life and business. I made a personal commitment to to be of highest service, braver and more generous than I’d ever been in my life. When I made that commitment and shared it with hundreds (maybe thousands of people) verbally, yet I was not really sure what it really meant. The intention was to helping my clients and students, share the power of EFT and energy self care, help my community and offer my expertise for the greater good of the world.
It began on March 17 with offering a daily free tapping group via zoom – Tapping for Calm Clarity which meets 30 minutes every day, has a private facebook page where videos from past episodes can be found, and offers support for like-minded friends who choose to use Emotional Freedom Techniques to manage stress, clear unpleasant memories and to send healing intentions to those who need our prayers. Live events, the May retreat and my EFT practitioner trainings are being reconfigured as online events so that service, community and connection continues. My husband George and I are also developing a charitable outreach that will provide video readings from The Comeback, our recent book recalling how our marriage endured months of extreme separation and change after George’s cardiac arrest, coma and brain injury trauma. At that time of uncertainty, I had no other choice than to live moment to moment in faith. Having come through it, I am stronger. You will be stronger because you endured the challenges of COVID-19 too. Stay tuned for news on how you can follow our daily chapter videos. There’s a special price for the book on Amazon here
I’ve also been contributing to podcasts with like minded friends. I highly recommend fellow NAWBO member, Nan McKay and her new podcast called Coping in Crisis. You can find my episode, “Adapting to Unfamiliar Feelings” here. Check out the entire Coping in Crisis Youtube channel to subscribe or go to Nan’s site, www.TrailBlazers.com
