Day 1 – Foundations and Fundamentals for EFT Practitioners
Day One Module 1 9AM – noon EST (with one break each hour)
Objectives:
• Demonstrate understanding of the EFT protocol including wording of the set-up statement, the specific tapping points and use of reminder phrases.
• Recognize common variations practitioners may choose to use while facilitating an EFT session
• Identify conditions and symptoms which benefit from EFT treatment and are supported by clinical studies.
• How to recognize the signs of intense emotional response and a process for quickly restoring calm to the nervous system.

Day 2 – Understanding Trauma/Gentle Ways to Work With Stories and Events

Objectives:
• Know the significance of the ACES study and current research about the relationship of childhood trauma to health outcomes
• Demonstrate understanding and practice of gentle techniques, including appropriate use the Movie Marquis Technique and Tell the Story for treatment of specific events.
